Donelle has been a professional trainer since 1996.  Her experience includes training in manufacturing, health care, schools, retail, service, not-for-profits, and government sectors.  In 2004, Donelle started Signature Training Solutions to help meet the needs of businesses in the area of tailored interpersonal communication training.

With her degrees in Mass Communication and Health, and practical experience as an employee and director, Donelle has worked with companies to help them succeed in this ever-changing business climate.  

Donelle’s training style has been described as “energetic and informative”.  Utilizing active learning methodologies in her sessions, Donelle facilitates the process for participants to create their own learning and transfer those skills immediately into their lives.
