Donelle has been a professional trainer since 1996.  Her experience includes training in manufacturing, health care, schools, retail, service, not-for-profits, and government sectors.  In 2004, Donelle started Signature Training Solutions to help meet the needs of businesses in the area of tailored interpersonal communication training.

With her BA degrees in Mass Communication and Health, and practical experience as an employee and director, Donelle has worked with companies to help them succeed in this ever-changing business climate.   Donelle is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Education specializing in Training and Human Performance Improvement.  She anticipates completing her MS degree December 2012 and is excited to offer her clients expanded services in the performance improvement arena.

Donelle’s training style has been described as “energetic and informative”.  Utilizing active learning methodologies in her sessions, Donelle facilitates the process for participants to create their own learning and transfer those skills immediately into their lives.
