Train the Trainer- Active Learning

Coming to St. Cloud, MN

Donelle is excited to announce a Train the Trainer course focusing on active learning principles September 14-17, 2010.  This course will include material on adult learning principles, learning styles, multigenerational training considerations, technology use, active learning strategies, lesson planning, effective assessments and much more! 

Throughout the course, participants will work on a relevant topic from their own workplace.  This project will be one of the deliverables that can be immediately applied when the participant returns to work.   

This is not simply a training, but an experience that will help participants become energized in providing the best training possible for their workplaces.  More importantly, participants will be taught skills that will aid their employees in transferring the knowledge learned in the classroom to active skills on the job.

This course will be offered from 9:00am- 5:00pm each day except Friday (9:00am- 1:00pm)  in a community room at ING Direct in St. Cloud, MN.  The four days of instruction, including snacks, book, materials, and 'graduation' the last day is an investment of $636 per participant.
